Posted from the UK, tracked, anywhere.
Pieces in stock go out within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces show their lead time on the product page — usually 3 to 7 days. You get a tracking link by email the moment it’s posted.

Returns
If it isn’t right, send it back.
You have 14 days from delivery to tell me, and a further 14 to post it back unused and in its packaging. I’ll refund the piece once it arrives.
Personalised pieces— anything engraved with your words or made to your spec — are yours alone, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If that happens, email me a photo and I’ll make it right.
